HUNKELE’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE SITE IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS, OR (2) $500.

Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within six (6) months of when the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
